HOW TO PAY
Annual Membership Dues for fiscal year 2026/2027 are $550
In addition to dues, you will have the opportunity to donate to the Landscaping Fund and/or Security Fund.
We offer four options for payment.
1. Check mailed via USPS (no fees)
2. Zelle through your financial institution (no fees)
BTNHA's Zelle account is listed under benttreenorth@yahoo.com and our treasurer's name, Kevin Mensing
3. Online with an automated-clearing-house (ACH) check (additional fees)
4. Online with a credit card (additional fees)
Please note that only the Level 1 user for your residence will be able to renew your membership. Our website does not allow Level 2 or 3 users to initiate the renewal process. Furthermore, our system only allows one Level 1 user per address. If you do not see an option to renew your dues, it is because you are not the Level 1 user.
