2026 Annual Membership Dues are $525
 
As a member, you can expect:
 
An all-volunteer board consisting of members from the community. The Board allocates the budget derived from the membership dues to fulfill the community priorities that ensure property values and residents' quality of life.
 
Security:  Allows for enhances community safety through the Flock Camera System, and hiring off duty Dallas Police Patrol.  As an important special benefit to our members, we provide extra surveillance for members that are out of town.
 
Infrastructure/Landscape:  Helps the neighborhood maintain the trees, entrance lighting and irrigation, plantings and stone coverage for all entrances in Bent Tree North. 
 
Social Events:  Organizes community events and social activities to foster a sense of belonging, pride, and friendship among residents. Being a member of the Bent Tree North Home Owner's Association can enhance your perception of your community and increase neighborhood satisfaction.
 
Local Partnerships: Bent Tree North Board of Directors works with the City Council, local officials, and authorities to maintain high community standards and zoning.
 
Architecture Approval: Bent Tree North Home Owner's Association approves exterior modifications to ensure consistency in community design and make the entire community look nice to maintain property values.
 
Volunteering: Bent Tree North Home Owner's Association offers the community opportunities to volunteer and get involved.
 
  
Here are just some of the things your membership fees pays for each year, on average:
  • 3000+ LICENSE PLATES captured PER DAY by our Flock security cameras, as cars enter and leave BTN.
  • 380+ TREES watered, fertilized and maintained in all common entrance areas, including along Frankford and Spyglass Roads. 
  • 200+ Enhanced Neighborhood Patrol (ENP) requests by members to monitor their homes while they are away.  
  • 1.5 MILES of land along Frankford, Spyglass & Harbor Town maintained, mowed, watered, trimmed, cleaned and trash removed. 
  • 1980 PATROL HOURS our ENP and uniformed Dallas Police Department officers spent patrolling our streets, 7 days/week during evening and nighttime hours when our residents are sleeping.
  • 4 ENTRANCES maintained brick/stone raised beds, lighting, and flowers.
  • 400+ sprinkler heads, 30+ valves, 8 irrigation controllers, 7 electric meters, and 7 water meters maintained and managed.
  • 6 Uniformed Dallas Police Department officers working shifts in our neighborhood. As funds allow, we would like more. 
As a volunteer with a volunteer Board of Directors, almost 100% of the membership revenue received goes directly to support the activities listed above.
