SURVEYS

In July of last year, the HOA surveyed our residents regarding  the values and perceptions of living in Bent Tree North.  We had 76 responses:  67 from members and 9 from non-members.   

 

The key takeaways which the BTN HOA received and has been addressing are:

• Residents would like to receive more consistent and frequent communications, 
• Residents would like more transparency in the budget, 
• Residents are requesting more security signs, more police presence, and have concerns about the homeless near our community

 
We plan on doing a survey each year, via our website.   This will allow us to keep a constant pulse on the priorities and concerns of our residents. Please watch for a new one in the next few months.  If you have any questions/comments, please visit our MESSAGE BOARD.
