Greetings, Bent Tree North Residents!

 

I hope you are enjoying our warm weather, since summer has definitely arrived in Texas. We are now into our 100 degree days! For all new Texas residents to Bent Tree North, this has been a rather mild season for us, as summers go. It's a great time to enjoy our pools, lakes, and water parks. Hard to believe that school has already started. 

 

I'm happy to share updated membership information with you. We have now achieved 429 renewals and 42 new memberships! We're almost at our goal of 450, which really helps us with our 25/26 budgeting. It would be great to see all 640 households share the costs and improve our membership numbers. We will keep striving for this!

 

The Board sincerely thanks all of our residents who pay early, help us plan for our operational expenses, and show their commitment to our beautiful community! We can't function and provide all necessary services without the membership dues, so as more residents join, our ability to provide more assets to our neighborhood increases. 

 

You may have noticed how we updated the membership numbers on the thermometers that were at the entrances, since April. They have now been taken down, since we are closer to our 450 goal. 

 

What a great site to see all the green stickers on the mailboxes! If you have paid your membership dues for 25/26, you have received a green envelope in your mailbox, which includes your "Thank You" letter and the new green sticker. They are delivered within several days after your payment is received. Please help us urge those who have not joined to become HOA members!

 

In the next few weeks, we will begin pulling BTN HOA Yard Signs from the yards of non-members. We want to make sure the paid members have these, display them proudly, and show their support for Bent Tree North!
